I agree with the Rotating at 80 knots. I believe it’s the interconnection as the aircraft gets light on the wheels and you add rubber inputs it also gives aileron which turns the plane with rudder input. Suggest get off the ground.

If you have ever watched the 1960's Star Trek series, you will notice that the woman's voice on this aircraft sounds just like the Star Ship Enterprise's computer voice. Hey V1 quick question. On the FBW or Fenix A320 when you're on the ground at the gate before pushback, to open the cargo door do you have to turn the yellow electric pump on or do you just have to select open cargo doors on EFB?

Hey V1. That sudden Auto Throttle spool up at about 200ft on short final is an issue myself and a handful of others have encountered as well. It seems to be somehow related to the speed stability mode of the the PMDG 777 and the way the ground effect has been modeled. The issue was raised in the PMDG forums and one user found a simple fix which has worked for me as well! All you need to do is set the PMDG's CTL Column null zone (via the FMC setup menu) to '5'. Feel free to try that and give it a go next time you fly. Cheers.

I got mine 3 days ago. I use it with virpil warbrd-d base with the heaviest springs as mentioned here. I find it extremely heavy though… When I watch real live videos with Airbus sidestick operation visible it doesn’t look that heavy at all… What is noticeable though is slow return to the center of the real thing.

Does anyone here get a noticeable delay on the flight controls?

I'd say get them if you're on a budget. My current set up is the FSProjects sidestick and the TCA Thrust Levers+Addon, a 500€ build. For that price, you get everything you want. When I get the money, I might get the Throttletek Minibox, but only time will tell.

Just found the reason why AT disappears after going into the TOGA detent. Go to your EFB Settings for aircraft and make sure Override Autothrottle is off

Why are E jets controversial?

This is one of my favorite aircraft in MSFS. I use A Pilots Life 2, and like it so much I purchased a second copy just for cargo. After only a matter of weeks, I got a contract from FedEx. I applied every week, and got lucky. So will be spending a lot of time in this plane. Was hoping TFDi MD-11 was going to be as good as they said, but not so much. Lots of issues still. ☹️

Love the Blacksquare aircraft. Can't wait for the TBM to be updated to the Duke's standard.

If it's good enough for an actual pilot of the thing to enjoy it, it can't be that bad. I'm all for things being more accurate, but they also need to be fun.

Air Niugini still flys this plane between Australia and Port Moresby, Madang etc. This planes got to be more than 30yrs old.

I waited for this one many months and was delighted when it was released. Vintage radio navigation, no speed control etc. Flew it constantly for a while. But then it suddenly became boring for lack of something which I believe has become central to expensive, detailed FS aircraft: failure modeling. Just Flight folded that into the BAE but seems to have simply abandoned the F28. Maybe it didn't sell enough, maybe they thought it wasn't worth the effort. A total shame, as this is one of the finest aircraft in the sim. Without possible failures the thrill just isn't there. May as well be arcading around in a Carenado plane at constant redlined full throttle, full RPM, no worries.

This plane might not cater to the algorithm, but it sure caters to my tastes! I'll take all the F-28, 146, and MD-11 you can throw at me. Thanks for the stream/vod.
